Great Springs Project Lower Colorado River Watershed Restoration and Access Plan<\/h2>\n

1. What, if any, survey information will be provided by Great Springs Project? Or is the consultant to provide all base + mapping data for the project?<\/h4>\nIt is not anticipated that survey information will be available for this study, nor is it believed to be necessary to successfully complete the project. Should survey information become available during the study, Great Springs Project will share that information with the selected consultant team should it be prudent. Regarding base and mapping data, it is anticipated that this project will rely on freely available data layers, including internal and\/or proprietary data created and managed by Great Springs Project.\n\n<\/div>\n

2. Has an inventory been performed to identify all properties that will be impacted by the project? Or will the selected consultant team be responsible for conducting this inventory and establishing a stakeholder list?<\/h4>\nGreat Springs Project and its partners will have the primary responsibility for establishing a stakeholder list.\n\n<\/div>\n

3. Are there any guidelines or limitations as to how the Bureau of Reclamations WaterSMART grant dollars be utilized?<\/h4>\nGrant funds can be expended on reasonable expenses necessary to execute the study in accordance with Great Springs Project’s grant agreement with the Bureau of Reclamation. In the event that the selected consultant suggests–and GSP endorses– an expense that could potentially be ineligible, GSP would be responsible for confirming the eligibility of that expense with Bureau of Reclamation staff.\n\n<\/div>\n

4. A page number limitation is given only for the Study Methodology section. Are there page limitations or guidelines for the other sections that respondents should be aware of?<\/h4>\nOne electronic document (PDF) less than 10MB should be sent to RFP@greatspringsproject.org. Only the “Study Methodology” must follow the set format as identified in the RFP.\n\n<\/div>\n

5. We are having difficulty downloading Attachment A through Microsoft, and have received the following error across multiple log-ins (snapshot below). Is it possible to make the excel file available through a different means?<\/h4>\n Attachment A Contract Summary<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n

6. Can GSP provide a sample contract?<\/h4>\nWe will develop our contract at the time of negotiation.\n\n<\/div>\n

7. Is a fee proposal required at this time? If so, should the fee for this work use FAR rates?<\/h4>\nA fee proposal is not required at this time.\n\n<\/div>\n

8. What background data and GIS will be provided by GSP?<\/h4>\n(See question one and two)\n\n<\/div>\n

9. Can we submit project experience that exceeds 5 years old if we feel strongly that it is relevant?<\/h4>\nAs addressed in the RFP under related work emphasis should be placed on work undertaken in the past five years only, this does not restrict your ability to include work outside the five years in the summary of key personnel.\n\n<\/div>\n

10. Can we feature subconsultants projects and still receive points, or do they have to be from the lead consultant?<\/h4>\nIf subconsultant projects are relevant to the Teams experience they will be counted towards the Teams qualifications.\n\n<\/div>\n

11. Are Bastrop City and Bastrop County considered stakeholders for the Lower Colorado River Watershed Restoration and Access Plan?<\/h4>\nThe limits of this project are between the Longhorn Dam and the Travis County Line. The full stakeholder list has not been developed for this project, that will be part of Task 2.\n\n<\/div>\n

12. For the section requesting resumes for all assigned personnel, which also asks for the percentage of time allocated to each task in the Scope of Work, are we allowed to include full-page resumes and a bit more detail beyond the paragraph description? Or are there specific limitations we should follow in terms of length or formatting?<\/h4>\nWe are not requesting resumes for all assigned personnel, we only ask for a paragraph summary of qualifications and experience. You should not include resumes, GSP does not anticipate that the committee will have time to review them. One electronic document no more than 10MB should be submitted.\n\n<\/div>\n

13. What are your expectations regarding bilingual and accessible engagement materials and facilitation for the stakeholder group?<\/h5>\nGSP is in the process of developing a Title VI plan and an ADA Plan to meet federal and state requirements,\u00a0 we anticipate that Spanish materials will be needed, but we are addressing all other language and other accommodations as requested by participants in our planning processes.\u00a0\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
